Product Introduction

Cement- based permeating crystalline waterproof coating is a rigid powder coating made

fromspecial cement, quartz sands and some active admixtures; mix the powder with water into

latex,and coat on the concrete substrate, when the active admixture meets water, chemical

reactionswould occur, the active admixtures would permeate into the concrete through

capillary, andthen catalyze silicate to create non-dissolved crystalline to block the capillary

vessels,subsequently, fine waterproof effect obtained, this is a kind of powder crystallizing

waterproofcoating with intensified watertight function.

 

Product Characteristics

Super permeating force will enable the coating into the internal concrete as time goes on,

evencan reach 30cm depth of the concrete.
Fine waterproof function, can prevent pressure from impacting of 120m water stream.
Good durability and long lifetime, non-toxic and odourless, and can be used in the

waterproofitems of portable water and food grade works.
The active admixtures age very slow; even after some years, the active admixtures can be re-

activated when they meet leakage and create non-dissolved crystalline to block the crack /

gap/ hole which diameters not more than 0.4mm.
Can be coated on the surface of oil paint, epoxy resin, cement mortar, lime putty & etc.Easy

andconvenient working / handling.

 

Applicable

The coating is widely used in the fields of basement, roofs of building, toilet, tunnel, dam,

swimming pool, sewer, tank, metro, bridge / interchange, cooling tower, airport runway, top

/foundation of pile, generating plant, and other concrete building.

Matters Needing Attention

The substrates must be smooth, rigid, and no oil, no ponding and other contaminants;

repairingthe voids/cracks, rounded the inside and outside corners to arc shape; if leakage

existing,closing up is required first before coating; for too much dry substrates, drizzling a

suspicion ofwater and keep moistured before coating.
Proportioning: water / powder = 0.3 / 0.4:1, generally, the consumption is 1.4 / 1.7kgs/m',

proper coating thickness shall be 1.0mm( +/-0.05mm tolerance). 
Coating methods:
(a) Coating by rollers; (b) Spraying powder directly; as soon as the concrete being treated to

besmooth and rigid, spray the powder on the surface of the substrates immediately and

evenly,and then make compaction and smoothen the surface; when the film being solidified,

check if.

 
 
 

Coating below 0 degree Celsius or in rainy / stormy / snowy / dusty conditions areforbidden.
When mixing the powder, clean water is required.
Coating can be done on concrete / cement mortar, but not applicable to the ash /powder

surfaces directly; the substrates must be clean and no dust, no old coatings, nodirt and

other contaminants; as clean substrate will provide open capillary vessels andenable the said

product to permeate into the concrete and form the waterproofingcrystalline.
Before coating, check the surface of the substrate, if there exists structure flaws, such

as:voids, holes, cracks, honeycombed / porous surface should be well repaired and

filledbeforehand.
In case coating done in bathroom / swimming pool, the joint of pipe and the substrateshall

be treated in advance; around the joint of the pipe and the substrate, chisel outone 10mm

depth "V" shape groove and fill in sealant and then coat this product.
Pay your attention to the recommended consumption and make sure to create theproper

thickness of film; in case stirring unevenly or too much thin mixed latex or

Storage And Transportation

This product is packed in poly-bag and then in a plastic pail, net weight ranges from 5-50kgs.To

be stored in a cool, dry and ventilating warehouse and keep away from rain and moisture.
